Latham Advises on Globalworth’s €550 Million Refinancing

Latham & Watkins has advised the Lead Dealer Manager and Co-Dealer Managers on Globalworth’s successful refinancing of its €450 million 2025 notes and €400 million 2026 notes by way of a concurrent exchange offer and consent solicitation pursuant to which €307,109,200 of new 2029 notes and €333,350,400 of new 2030 notes were issued.

The new notes were issued as green bonds and are intended to be used to finance or refinance Eligible Green Projects pursuant to Globalworth’s Green Financing Framework.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Manoj Tulsiani and Patrick Kwak, with associate Clive Wong.
