Latham & Watkins has advised Blackstone Credit as the direct lender in the financing of FSN Capital VI’s acquisition of Volue Infrastructure, a Norwegian leader in mission-critical niche infrastructure software which will be divested from Volue, a market leader in technologies and services that power the green transition. This investment will support Volue Infrastructure’s next phase of growth, further strengthening its position as a trusted software provider to key infrastructure sectors.

The Latham team was led by London partners Jennifer Brennan and Paul Yin, with associates Nicolle Odutoye and San Thiri (Christine) Tun. Advice was also provided on tax matters by London partner Karl Mah, with associates Sam Duncan and Allegra Benitah.
