Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on growth and long-term value creation, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of JT Thorpe Group, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical specialty industrial maintenance and thermal management services supporting infrastructure and industrial end markets across North America. JT Thorpe’s management team, led by CEO Kevin Howard, will continue to lead the business and will retain a significant ownership stake in the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources in the transaction with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, Jesse Sheff, and John Lister, with associates Sophia Premji and Kai Yeo.
