Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources supporting Calabrio Inc., a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, as Calabrio completed its take-private acquisition of Verint Systems, Inc. in an all-cash transaction reflecting an enterprise value of US$2 billion for Verint. Following the close of the transaction, Calabrio and Verint are combined into one company and will be a leading provider of Customer Experience (CX) Automation Solutions.
