The investment will support Celerion’s continued growth and innovation, including expanding its clinical and bioanalytical capabilities and advancing its work to help pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners bring new therapies to patients worldwide.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources supporting the transaction with a team led by Alfred Xue, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Banking & Private Credit Practice, Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, and partners Peter Sluka and Marcela Ruenes, with associates Jose Pablo Buenfil, Eric Dang, and Kai Yeo.
