
Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. has announced that funds managed by Greenbriar have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spectrum Control, a leading independent developer and manufacturer of highly engineered radio frequency components and subsystems enabling analog-to-digital communications across defense and high-reliability industrial end markets, from AEA Investors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources supporting the acquisition with a team led by partners Alfred Xue, Marcela Ruenes, Brandon Anderson, and John Lister and counsel Joseph Sung, with associates Andrew Angel, Korede Esan, and April Yoon, with assistance from Casey Pepa.
