Frazier Healthcare Partners, a Seattle-based, healthcare-focused investment firm, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of BioMatrix Holdings, LLC, a leading specialty infusion pharmacy.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit lenders in the transaction with a team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos and Peter Sluka, Chicago partner John Lister, Los Angeles partners Jason Bosworth and Jeff Senac, and Houston counsel Bryce Kaufman, with associate Sean Travers.
