Apollo announced that Apollo‑managed funds (the Apollo Funds) have completed the acquisitions of Emerald Holding, Inc. (NYSE: EEX) (Emerald) and Questex, LLC (Questex). The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses to create a leading B2B experiential events and media platform with enhanced scale, expanded capabilities, and a strong foundation for growth.
