Latham Advises on Financing for Apax’s Sale of Tosca to Goldman Sachs Alternatives

Latham & Watkins has advised the lenders on the financing for the sale of Tosca, a leading global provider of reusable asset pooling and logistics solutions for the food supply chain, by Apax Partners LLP (Apax), to Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

Following completion of the transaction, Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, alongside the company’s management team, intends to support Tosca’s continued growth through investment in its asset base, operational platform, technology capabilities, and customer offering.

The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partners Seonaid Todisco and Conrad Andersen, with associates Evan Whyte, Sarah Cheng, and Atharva Deshpande. Advice on US law matters was provided by New York partners Alfred Xue, Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Banking & Private Credit Practice, and Kelly Egers and Brian Rock, with associate Alex Natarajan; on Italian law matters by Milan partner Alessia de Coppi, with associate Nicola Nocerino; and on tax matters by New York partner Bora Bozkurt, with Los Angeles counsel Kathryn Harrington.
