American Industrial Partners Capital Fund VIII, L.P., an investment fund managed by AIP, LLC has completed its purchase of Boart Longyear Group Ltd.(ASX:BLY) through a court approved plan of arrangement.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources supporting the transaction with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Conray Tseng, with associates Kristin Tesi and Jun Lei Lee. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Jocelyn Noll.
