Latham Advises on €208 Million Funding Package for ielo

Latham & Watkins has advised ielo, the French neutral operator for fiber infrastructures, on a €208 million senior financing. The deal follows a successful initial fundraising from DIF Capital Partners in July 2020. This new stage will enable ielo to sustain its growth while continuing to develop a state-of-the-art fiber infrastructure across France.

Latham’s team was led by London infrastructure partner Conrad Andersen and counsel Amanda Fortuna, with London associates Pete Ma and Megan Robertson, and Paris associates Aurélien Lorenzi and Léa Demulder.
