Latham & Watkins has advised the underwriters on Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’s (AIIB) issuance of US$2 billion 3.875% notes due 2031. The firm previously advised on AIIB’s US$1 billion offering in January 2026.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Ryan Benedict, with associates Valera Bamgbala, Caroline Koller Hill, and Tom Breheny.
