Abivax SA (Euronext Paris: FR0012333284 – ABVX / Nasdaq: ABVX) (Abivax or the Company), a clinical‑stage biotechnology company focused on developing therapeutics that harness the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms to stabilize the immune response in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, has announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,400,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing one ordinary share, €0.01 nominal value per share (each an ordinary share), of the Company, in the United States at an offering price of US$125 per ADS. The size of the offering was increased from the previously announced offering size of US$600 million ADSs.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a Capital Markets team led by New York partners Nathan Ajiashvili, Alison Haggerty, and Sandy Kugbei, with associates Isabelle Sawhney and Kan Ni.
