Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the US$15.9 million Series A funding round of VaultSpeed, an automated data transformation company.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from Fortino Capital, PMV, and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Venice Ma.
