Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the $23 million Series A funding round of TympaHealth, a London-based start-up that develops and provides ear and hearing examination kits and associated AI software.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from Dara Capital, Rezayat Investments, and serial entrepreneurs Bob Davis and Jeff Leerink.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Venice Ma.
