Latham Advises Oakley Capital on Investment in Graphwise

Latham & Watkins has advised Oakley Capital, a leading European mid-market private equity investor, in Oakley Fund VI’s acquisition of a majority stake in Graphwise, a pioneer in knowledge graph and semantic data technology, which is a key enabler of enterprise AI. Oakley will partner with the company’s founders and management team to support its commercial expansion and strengthen its market-leading position.

The Latham team was led by London partner Farah O’Brien, with associates Zaal Cama, Amber Tope, and Ella Higgins. Advice was also provided on regulatory matters by London and Brussels partners David Little and Philipp Studt; on artificial intelligence, data, and technology matters by London partner Calum Docherty, with associate Irina Vasile; and on tax matters by London partner Simon Skinner.

Latham worked closely with Wolf Theiss who advised on Austrian and Bulgarian law matters.
