Latham & Watkins has advised Mobivia, a European leader in automotive maintenance, repair, and equipment, on the signing of its first line of credit linked to sustainable development commitments (Sustainability-Linked Loan), for €380 million.
The financial conditions are indexed to the company’s CSR performance criteria in the three areas: the reduction of direct and indirect CO2 emissions and participation in the decarbonization of activities; the development of the share of repackaged turnover; and the diversity of its governing bodies.
The Latham team was led by Paris counsel Etienne Gentil, with associates Virginie Terzic and Bruna Neiva Cardante.
