Latham Advises Limak Cement on US$575 Million Senior Notes Offering

London capital markets team represents first-time issuer in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins has advised Limak Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Limak Cement), a cement and clinker manufacturer with operations in Turkey as well as Mozambique and the Ivory Coast, on its offering of US$575 million 9.750% senior notes due 2029.

The notes were issued pursuant to Regulation S and Rule 144A and listed on Euronext Dublin. ING Bank N.V., Merrill Lynch International, and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc acted as Joint Bookrunners in the transaction.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Jennifer Engelhardt and Manoj Tulsiani, with associates Hamaad Mustafa, Carolina Gori, and Evan Aluyen.
