Latham & Watkins has advised J.P. Morgan on its £500 million funding line for MT Finance, a leading property finance lender specializing in bridging loans and auction finance.
The financing will further diversify the funding structure of MT Finance and allow the continued expansion of its existing lending within the UK short-term finance market.
The Latham team was led by London finance partner Tom Cochran, with associate Niamh Nic Uileagoid.
