Latham Advises IKS on Financing for Acquisition of AQuity Holdings

Latham & Watkins has advised IKS, a premier global healthcare solution provider, on the financing for the acquisition of AQuity Holdings, a leading tech-enabled provider of medical transcription, coding and scribing services in the healthcare sector.

The combined company, which will operate as IKS Health, will have annual revenues of US$330+ million, as well as a global workforce of over 14,000 employees serving over 150,000 clinicians in many of the largest hospitals, health systems, and specialty groups in the United States.

The cross-border Latham finance team was led by Singapore and Hong Kong partner Andrew Bishop and Hong Kong counsel Lynsey Edgar, with Hong Kong associate Jonathan Feng and Washington, D.C. associates Marie Greenman and Hannah Valentine.
