Semperis, a pioneer in identity-driven cyber resilience, has announced it secured US$125 million in growth financing from J.P. Morgan and Hercules Capital, which followed a US$200 million Series C round in 2022 led by KKR.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Hercules in the transaction with a transactional team led by partners Dan Van Fleet and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Hyunji Lee and Anna Tomlinson.
