Latham & Watkins has advised H.I.G. Capital and its portfolio company Polygon (also known as Medisolve), one of Europe’s leading providers of clinical engineering, maintenance and integrated healthcare technology services, on a refinancing and growth financing transaction supported by Barings and Deutsche Bank.
The transaction comprised a private placement bond issuance and a new multicurrency super senior revolving credit facility. The financing refinances Medisolve’s existing credit facilities and provides additional capital to support the company’s continued growth strategy.
The Latham team was led by Milan partners Marcello Bragliani and Alessia De Coppi, with associates Pasquale Spiezio and Davide Chiarito and trainee Giuseppe Biriaco. Italian capital markets advice was provided by counsel Federico Amoroso and trainee Francesca Condò.
