Stanley Capital Partners, the specialist healthcare and resource efficiency private equity investor with a digital-first approach, has announced a majority investment in SePRO Corporation (SePRO), together with Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a minority co-investor. SePRO is a leading specialty environmental restoration company focused on water quality. The financial details for this transaction were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Goldman Sachs Alternatives in the investment with a deal team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Andrew Blumenthal, and Century City partner Jordan Miller, with associates Daniel Glavin, Claire Solimine, Connor Adams, Adam Weber, and Rachel Moore. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partners Jiyeon Lee-Lim and Jocelyn Noll; and on environmental matters by Washington, D.C. partner Julia Hatcher and New York counsel David Langer.
