Latham & Watkins has advised Felix Capital on the US$11 million Series Seed funding round of Intropy, an AI-native platform automating inventory, pricing, and other critical decisions for spare parts businesses.
The round was led by Felix Capital, with participation from Quiet Capital and early investors General Catalyst and firstminute capital.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with counsel Samantha Peacock and associate Galina Vujovic.
