Latham & Watkins has advised European private equity firm EMZ Partners (EMZ) on the acquisition of a significant stake in H&Z Unternehmensberatung (H&Z). Alongside EMZ, 120 employees of H&Z will invest in the Group, thus forming one of the largest employee participation programs in the management consulting industry in DACH.
Latham regularly advises EMZ and its portfolio companies on transactions, including the sale of its stake in the insurance broker ASSEPRO.
