Latham & Watkins has advised Deutsche Bank in the financing of the acquisition by Morgan Stanley of the 100% share capital of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales (Valoriza), the former environmental services subsidiary of the Sacyr group, for an enterprise value of €734 million.
The Latham team was led by Madrid finance partner Fernando Colomina and London finance partner Dan Maze, with Madrid associate Pablo Alarcón and London associate Robert Lowe. Advice on tax matters was provided by Madrid partner Iván Rabanillo.
