Latham Advises DECA Investments and Founders on Sale of Minority Stake in PharOS

London corporate team represents investment fund manager and founders in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins has advised DECA Investments and the founders of PharOS, a Greek-based international leader in the pharmaceutical industry, on the sale of a minority stake in PharOS to Armira and Viessmann Generations Group.

The founders and majority owners of PharOS, Stella Koukaki, Theodore Panagopoulos, and Panagiotis Panagopoulos, will retain majority control of the company. The new partnership reflects a shared commitment for Armira and Viessmann to foster PharOS’ continued growth and advance innovation in the global healthcare industry.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Kem Ihenacho and Robbie McLaren, with associates James Richards, Leah Adeniran, and Michael Czarnota. Advice on antitrust matters was provided by Paris partner Mathilde Saltiel and Hamburg partner Jana Dammann; on sanctions matters by London partner Charles Claypoole with associate Thomas Lane; and on tax matters by London partner Karl Mah with associate Richard Liu.
