London team represents CVC on its private equity consortium offer for the UK financial services company.
Latham & Watkins has advised CVC Capital Partners on its recommended £5.4 billion offer, in a consortium with Nordic Capital and ADIA, for Hargreaves Lansdown plc, the UK’s largest savings and investment platform and the UK’s biggest retail stockbroker.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners partners Doug Abernethy, Suneel Basson-Bhatoa, and Kem Ihenacho with associates Nick Fisher, Amber Tope, and Cat Fellows.
