Latham & Watkins has advised Cathay Innovation, a global venture capital platform, as lead investor on the €30 million Series B investment round for Embat, a Madrid-based pioneer in corporate treasury infrastructure.
The investment represents a key milestone in Cathay Innovation’s ongoing strategy to back high-growth fintech champions that are redefining the financial operating stack for global enterprises.
The Latham team was led by Madrid corporate partner José Antonio Sánchez.
