Latham & Watkins has advised Canadian Solar Inc. (Canadian Solar) on its definitive agreement with PAG, a leading investment firm in Asia-Pacific, pursuant to which PAG will subscribe for US$200 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible notes to be issued by Canadian Solar.
The Latham team was led by Hong Kong corporate partners Benjamin Su and Frank Sun, with counsel Eric Yiu and Beijing associate Jason Zhao, and Foreign Legal Consultant Xiang Ao.
