Latham & Watkins has advised Burda Principal Investments on its participation in the US$100 million funding round of Nord Security, a world-leading cybersecurity solutions and virtual private network provider.
Led by Warburg Pincus, the round values Nord Security at US$3 billion.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Aaron Bassett.
