Latham & Watkins has advised Aquila Group on its sale of Aquila Clean Energy APAC, a clean energy platform that develops, owns, and operates solar, battery storage, and wind assets across the region, to ESR, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset owner and manager.
The Latham team was led by Singapore counsel Penelope Davey and partner James Clayton-Payne, with associates Shi Cheng Chong and Tara Chittmittrapap. Advice was also provided on tax matters by London partner Simon Skinner, with associates Joshua Atkinson and Sam Duncan.
