
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, one of the largest software investors in the world, and its portfolio company Exostar, LLC, a business collaboration platform in highly regulated industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare and life sciences, on the sale of Exostar to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners John Kaercher and Corey Fox and tax partner Adam Kool and corporate associates Steven Page and George Boden.
