
Kirkland & Ellis advised Quadria Capital, a Singapore-based healthcare-focused private equity firm, on the debt financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in Malaysian medical device manufacturer, Straits Orthopaedics, from company founder Mr. T.H. Su and Apex Healthcare Bhd. Straits Orhtopaedics manufactures a wide range of orthopaedic devices, components and surgical tools for medical device companies around the world.
The Kirkland team was led by debt finance partner Manas Chandrashekar with support from debt finance associate Daniel Sharif and foreign legal consultant Elise Gu.
