Kirkland & Ellis advised Transom Capital Group, an operations-focused middle market private equity firm, on its sale of audio products company Loud Audio, LLC (Mackie) to RØDE Microphones LLC. RØDE is a private Australian-owned audio company operating through product categories including microphones, headphones, interfaces, mixers and accessories.
