Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Windjammer Capital on the acquisition of Bio X Cell LLC in partnership with management. The transaction was announced December 13, 2023. Bio X Cell is a leading producer of monoclonal antibodies for use in both in vivo and in vitro pre-clinical research applications.
