Kirkland & Ellis advised Warburg Pincus on its minority investment in Nord Security, a leading virtual private network provider. Warburg’s minority investment puts a US$3 billion valuation on the business and will be one of the initial investments out of Warburg’s Capital Solutions Founders Fund.
