Kirkland & Ellis is advising global growth investor Warburg Pincus on a merger between foodservice disposables and sanitation (JanSan) products maker BradyIFS and Envoy Solutions, which is a distributor of JanSan products, foodservice disposables, and industrial packaging solutions. Warburg is making a strategic investment in the newly merged entity. BradyIFS is a portfolio company of Kelso. Envoy is a subsidiary of Fomento Económico Mexicano SAB de CV (FEMSA), which will maintain a significant minority share in the combined business after the merger. The merger is expected to close in the upcoming months.
