Kirkland & Ellis advised Vertava Health of Mississippi, a comprehensive provider of addiction treatment and mental health services, on its sale to Bradford Health Services, a provider of addiction treatment and recovery services. The integration of Vertava Health of Mississippi into Bradford Health Services will allow Bradford to expand its presence in the Southeast and further enhance the quality of services it offers.
