
Kirkland & Ellis counseled TPG Rise Climate on the closing of a Series C preferred investment in Ohmium International. Ohmium, together with its subsidiaries, designs, manufactures and deploys advanced proton exchange membrane electrolyzers able to produce green hydrogen. TPG led the $250 million financing.
