Kirkland & Ellis counseled TPG Growth, a leading global alternative asset management firm, on its definitive agreement to sell an operator of private luxury terminals, PS (formerly known as The Private Suite) to Groupe ADP, an international airport operator. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced August 22, 2024.
