Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Hypergene

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo on its acquisition of majority stake in Hypergene, a Swedish SaaS company for planning and performance management, from Monterro, the leading B2B software investor in the Nordics, and other minority shareholders.
