(NYSE:DAY) (TSX:DAY), a global leader in human capital management (HCM) technology, whereby Dayforce will become a privately held company in an all-cash transaction with an enterprise value of $12.3 billion. The transaction aims to accelerate Dayforce’s growth, customer value and AI leadership in HCM and is expected to close in early 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
