
Kirkland & Ellis advised the underwriters in an offering of $172 million of floating rate notes due 2074 by Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM), one of the largest publicly traded international energy and petrochemical companies. The transaction was led by joint book-running managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, UBS Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. The offering closed on October 8, 2024.
