Kirkland & Ellis is advising funds managed by Strategic Value Partners, through Coniferous Bidco AB, on a public offer to the shareholders of Nordic Paper Holding AB, a leading specialty paper producer, to tender all their shares to Coniferous Bidco at a price of SEK 50 in cash per share. The total value of the offer, based on all 66,908,800 shares in Nordic Paper, amounts to approximately SEK 3,345 million.
