
Kirkland & Ellis advised Solum Partners (Solum), an investment management firm focused on the food and agriculture industry, on the closing of its second fund, Solum Partners Fund II, L.P. and related vehicles (Fund II). Fund II surpassed its initial target to close with $850 million in capital commitments from a broad range of global institutional investors.
