Kirkland & Ellis counseled RLS Radiopharmacies, America’s only Joint Commission-accredited radiopharmacy network, in connection with its agreement to be acquired by Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX), a biopharmaceutical company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The acquisition is currently expected to close early in the first quarter of 2025, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
