Kirkland Advises Revelation Partners on Successful Closing of Fund IV at $608 Million

Kirkland & Ellis represented Revelation Partners, a healthcare investment firm, on the closing of its $608 million Fund IV, far surpassing the initial target of $500 million. Revelation Partners now manages $1.5 billion of committed capital as the firm provides liquidity and flexible capital solutions to investors, companies, limited partners and general partners across all healthcare sub-sectors, including many venture capital funds and venture-backed companies. The oversubscribed Revelation Healthcare Fund IV provides Revelation additional capital to address the billions of dollars of illiquid equity interests in attractive, growing private healthcare companies.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partner Jonathan Lipnick and associate Afsha Lakdawala Chowdhury; tax partners Stanley Ramsay and Philip Cooke; and investment funds regulatory partner Xiao-Hong Jing; with support from investment funds partners Daniel Lavon-Krein and Christopher Gandia; investment funds regulatory partner Alpa Patel; ERISA partner Sabrina Glaser and associate Theodore Brown; tax associate Leah Blake; and debt finance partners Aditi Iyer and Leonard Kim.
