Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm Olympus Partners on the acquisition of PAI Pharma, the leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of generic oral liquids in both ready-to-dose cups and bottles in the United States. The transaction was announced February 13, 2025. Financial details were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team included corporate lawyers Matt Goulding and Matt Dunnet; debt lawyers Dan Clayman, Judah Batist and Omar Raddawi; and tax lawyers Tom Evans and Roger Lucas.
