Kirkland & Ellis advised O2 Investment Partners, LP, a private equity firm investing in growth-oriented, privately-held businesses in the North American lower middle market, on the fundraising for O2 Investment Partners Fund IV (Fund IV) with $445 million in capital commitments. The final closing of Fund IV was announced on April 19, 2023.
